| 1. Must be a full time lawn service contractor. For example, you cannot be a fireman & mow on your days off. Lawn care must be your primary source of income. 2. Must carry full coverage commercial insurance. 3. Must have extensive knowledge about the lawn care industry, and must not bid jobs for which you are not properly licensed or certified. 4. Must have been in business at least 2 years. 5. Must have at least 30 accounts serviced on a regular basis. 6. Must keep good and top of the line equipment. 7. MOW4FREE.COM franchise owners must follow MOW4FREE.COM guidelines: 6th mowing service is free for all new, weekly-serviced customers with current accounts. 12th service is free if owner allows you to keep a sign in their yard for those 12 weeks that says MOW4FREE.COM was here. 18th service is free if owner refers 3 new, weekly-serviced customers to you through MOW4FREE.COM in those 18 weeks. 24th service is free if owner puts a 2x8" bumper sticker (provided) on their primary vehicle that says MOW4FREE.COM (See benefits of free services in "Our Story") 8. 9. Must make contact within 24 hours with leads generated by MOW4FREE.COM unless they come in after 3pm on Saturday. Leads coming in after 3pm on Saturdays should be contacted by 3pm on the following Monday. 10. MOW4FREE.COM monitors all emails from 8am to 6pm Monday through Friday and 8am to 3pm on Saturday. Leads will be sent to the franchise owner responsible for the respective zip code within 1 hour. 11. Service area zip codes must be touching. No exceptions. (No cherry picking policy) 12. All contractor employees must be easily identified as such, wearing uniform shirts or other contractor-related apparel. 13.
